My lunch was this - Home made Sandwich by me. What's so special about this sandwich!? It has Egg, cheese, ham and fresh PINEAPPLES! First time add fruits to my sandwich, and this has to be one of the best sandwich i ever made for myself! The bread is crispy, The egg is still watery, The ham is still juicy (not overcooked), the cheese is melted and not burnt... and most imptly... the pineapples (the yellow pieces of stuffs in the pic) which i added, give an extra twist of sweetness and juiciness with each bite!
Something light for lunch as i can anticipate a heavy dinner later... uh oh...

shld try next time. but the pineapple you used is what type?
canned one or freshly cut yourself one?
its freshly cut one... canned one usually very sweet due to the sugar syrup... dun really like... if im not wrong.. its thai honey pineapple, the small round looking ones... :)maybe can try adding strawberries next time...
