Chicken has volume, tender and the juiciness still stays within. Very difficult to find FAT chicken from chicken rie stalls nowadays, the chicken are really BIG! Some parts are slightly reddish as it is cooked but not fully cooked , a skill not easy to master... becos most chicken are overcooked , and hence, the meat tend to be a bit too tough and dry.4.2 chicken / 5.0 chicken
The chicken rice balls is pressed to shaped, hence some might find it a bit too hard. But i simply love it...kind of chewy, yet its still has the aromatic smell lingers in it.4.0 balls/ 5.0 balls

It was on TV (food old days) last night, wasn't it? The rice ball can even bounce! So tempted to travel all the way down just to have that. :P~~

FL - it was on TV? i din know tt. And it can bounce too!? haha.. i din know tt too... havent tried it thou i have ate ir a couple of times... lol. Its kinda chewy and dense, perhaps tts y it can bounce... well... its very near braddel station, perhaps when u r passing by, just drop by and try... :)
