Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball

Da Bao half a chicken and 5 balls of rice cost only $14.

Chicken has volume, tender and the juiciness still stays within. Very difficult to find FAT chicken from chicken rie stalls nowadays, the chicken are really BIG! Some parts are slightly reddish as it is cooked but not fully cooked , a skill not easy to master... becos most chicken are overcooked , and hence, the meat tend to be a bit too tough and dry.

The chicken rice balls is pressed to shaped, hence some might find it a bit too hard. But i simply love it...kind of chewy, yet its still has the aromatic smell lingers in it.
