This is what I will usually eat when i go to the food court. Not much healthy choice...
Herbal Chicken - High in protein, remove away all the skin before eating can save your arteries... After trying a number of herbal chicken, i came to a conclusion that Sun Plaza food court serves the biggest chicken and nicest herbal chicken in food courts.
"Xi Yang Cai" Soup - I dunno what is this called... is it watercress soup? Just meat and no fiber is not enough... This adds some fiber to my dietary requirements, and some soup along with rice is always nice....
