wow.. fats so big!! go for it! LOL makes you look buff.
muscle is more dense than fat, hence why a small amount of muscle has the same weight as a bigger amount of fat.
so don't trust the scale all the time.
sometimes, your body already so lean but the scale is tipping a little too heavy than you expect. that is called the muscle weight.
it takes alot of fat to become heavy actually. that is why people with xtra fat in their bodies look big.

redSept - yup! ppl tend to trust the scale too much, but the scale reflects lean,fat and water mass. so it is not a very good reflection. what is more impt should be the body fat %.
and this is so right:
