About Foodiegymmie

FoodieGymmie is no Food Guru or a Fitness Guru. He is just someone who is 'obsess' with good food and good training.

He believes that one must be responsible for what they eat, therefore this blog fuses food and exercises together. Having just (July 2009) entered into the working world, he still maintains his 5 - 6 days of exercise routines a week. Exercising is not a must for him, it is a lifestyle. I do hope that you enjoy this blog as much as he enjoy blogging.

Welcome to Eat and Train! =)

Stumble upon your site when I was googling for yam puffs.

So you run the marathon, what charity do you run for?

I ran the 1/4 in 2005, not knowing I could run for charity. very great achievement for a woman of 50. The next year, the Salvation Army asked if I will run for them. But I left for NZ before the marathon.

I lived in Singapore for 16 years, so know quite a bit about this country.
