Nothing special to blog today as I ate Bread with chilli tuna for lunch.. and dinner was home cooked, but i will want to blog something. U must be thinking why i post up this picture of a rabbit! Isnt this supposed to be a blog on food??? So where's the food? anyway let me introduce this bunny first! His name is benji and hes already 3 years old. Currently staying with my sister. Hes damn fat because he feeds on good food, eat vitamins, have daily servings of fruits and veggies and he snacks too!
But about 6 months ago... i ate his very distant relative. And below is the picture of his distant relative!
Stewed rabbit in Red Wine!6 months ago, in a far far away place called Ho Chi Minh, I came upon this French Restaurant, sat down, open the menu and i saw the letters in red: Stewed Rabbit in Red Wine. Out of curiosity, I ordered it. The dish came, i ate it... and it was good!!!
The meat was so tender, taste like chicken but much much softer! The meat does not stick to the bones and absorbs the Red wine well. It was my first time eating rabbit's meat and i have to say again... its good!
