So Far Seoul Good - Part 6 - Post race Steamboat Shabu Shabu dinner

So after our shopping trip at Myeong-Dong, and throwing away money in Faceshop... We went for something veryvery important... at least to me... and that is... DINNER!!!!!!

I am soooo famished! Dinner was postponed to about 8+ 9pm due to delay in some of the activities.

A very funny thing happened over here. I guessed people from other countries do not have the habit of taking photographs of food! After i started snapping pictures of food, soon I see delegates from other countries doing the same thing as well! haha

Shabu Shabu - accompanied by korean side dishes...

Rice in a metal bowl, and the idea of using a metal chopstix simply sux.

introducing the sides! From most top anticlockwise - Kim Chi - Cabbage - dunno - and Fried Octopus!!! The brown strips of stuffs at the right bottom! omg... i think i ate a few plates of that... that is like the highlight of the whole steamboat to me....lol...

Poor porky being sliced into what we call... shabu shabu...

Let it boil, let it boil....

Tada!!! Makan time!

Let's feast!

Seafood pancake, the worst food I ever had in the whole trip... A few plates of these were seen lying on the tables.. UNTOUCHED. It taste like crepes, but too soft and think and yet oily and cold... eeeks.

Beef Stew - Yums. Soft and beefy and it has a very unique acquired taste, very different from the normal beef stews we see in SG.

Cold Noodle Vermicilli with special broth and hardboiled egg - so guess who ate the egg?!?!?!
Its non other than ME! haha. The broth is cold and sweet... pretty nice and goes well with the steamboat to cool you down.

I miss those days when I was young, drinking softdrinks straight from glass bottles. For some reason, perhaps psychological reasons, soft drinks seems to taste better in glass bottleS!

Burps... everyone had a satisfying meal...

Can't wait for breakfast buffet tomorrow!
