Post-workout snack

Just completed one paper yesterday, and today is time for me to take a break ( = gym)

Chocolate protein ice-blended, carman's muesli bar, and banana with peanut butter hot from the microwave!

wow. i like carman's.

good idea to put the peanut butter on the banana and microwaving it (for how long?).

usally i slice the banana and put it on my peanut butter toas.

ice - yea.... it was you! ;) but it looks a bit gross cos the banana "exploded" in the microwave...
