Training September 28th - Run to Macritchie - what does 700 calories look like?

Skipped my gym for a morning run to Macritchie

Distance: 10k

Calories consumed: 722Kcal

Equivalent to either:




5 cans of Cola8 Tbsp of Peanut Butter


1.5 BigMac


36 White Rabbit Candy
2 Aunt Annes Almond Pretzel


1.5 Serving of Mcflurry

7 Medium Bananas


2.5 Donuts


2 Medium French Fries


1 Mooncake

D - I nv knew one of it contains 20kcal! but the true evil is the melamine... not the kcals... haha

expert!!!! trainer!!! can ask y i been wking out in the gym for 1 whole wk n controling my diet well...i.e, breakfast: ham&cheese sandwish, lunch: fish soup bee hoon, dinner; apple. But my tummy still big?!?!? gain 1kg instead leh....can help?

people usually workout consistently for bout 1 mth to see some visible result. this cannot be a one time off solution.

+ 1kg could easliy be water weight or even lean mass, its not really significant to prove anything. as long as you exercise regularly, u dun even need to measure ur weight... results will be visible to ur eyes! not the scale! :)


also, you have been working out, but what did you do? resistance training or cardio?

wat is resistance training btw?
i do mainly cardio only. n abit of abs n trisep exercises....so the only way for me is to b consistent in my exercises lo? :p

resistance training is weights training.
