So far Seoul good - a post dedicated to Houllier and Ice
Can someone tell me what is the noun of busy? It is not Business right? Cos Business is like "Businessman", "Business Faculty". Shit, I am showing my stupidity on the web. =X Whatever la, just want to say that finally I have a little bit of leisure time to blog now! hehe. German and FYP was killing me... but I am glad that they are gone for good!

Yes! I did it! Korea Open Marathon
I am trying to keep this post short as I have 101 things to do now. 3 more days is my German exam and FYP presentation, but I have yet to prepare for them because of the trip to Seoul. But this is truly an experience worth every other things.
It was 9am, cloudy strong winds along the river. Temperature hit the low of 2 degree celcius that morning. During the warm-up session, everyone commented that I looked very stressed, indeed I was! I was skeptical if I can even complete the race as the cold is far far too cold for me. Even a short jog to the washroom is already killing me, ears were numb and lips were very dry.
But I have a few motivations in mind, the medal, the chocopies which I will get to eat along the race (hehe), and basically I just want to complete this race.
Dressed in tracked suit and pants, with a hood over my head, tights under my trackpants and running gloves... (whereas the koreans are in singlet and shorts... omg)... I started off slow... far too slow. For the first 5k, my nasal was freezing, I have quite a bad headache that extended from the nasal passage all the way to my head. I was coughing along the way. But I finally did it!
Tada! Timing was not my PB, but I am glad that I managed to complete what I started.
The medal damn chio right? =D Its actually beautifully gold-plated and is pretty heavy too! This is definitely one of the highlight of my life.

7th Korea Open Marathon
2 more days (Friday) and I will be flying off... and I will be back on Wednesday! Saturday will be the run, and it seems likethe temperature in Seoul is still not rising! =(
I have never ran at 10 deg before, and I do not even have time to condition to the weather. Hopefully, the run goes well on Saturday. Since the run starts at 7am, the temperture should be less than 10deg. I will be wearing my track suit and tights, maybe not the track pants as it will hinder movement... but I will just bring in case. According to some seasoned runners, i was recommended to bring vaseline and lipbalm too, and apply to my face and lips before running. I do not want to come back Singapore with a crack face/lips! lol.
oooh... and here is the goodies for the race! I find the colours of the top for both guys and ladies, kind of cute. baby pink and blue! Kids joining the kids' race are entitled to PikaChu Tee!

Bakerzin @ Northpoint - Say Cheese

The sun was nice and bright. After I have finsihed my 20 laps... I felt burnt, and I needed a place with a/c despierately for lunch!
Flow flow of bread! They have 8 types of bread normally. But I only see raisin bread that day... So i asked the waitress if the 9 ( or 8?) cereal bread will be served later... and the answer was no... :(
Ham, moza-cheese, mushrooms and bacon Pizza - I enjoyed the toppings, but not the crust! The crust is those "puff" type of texture, over-saturated with oil...
And finally dessert to complete the meal... Oreo Cheesecake! There's a 50% off for this month, that means you have no more more chance to enjoy this offer! hehe. But no biggie that you missed this offer also la, because I find that the cheesecake is too creamy, not cheesy as it should be... maybe its the promotion.Everything cost $20.05!
