1. My last run was a week ago! Did a 28km. I did not manage to clock my 30km.
2. I stopped running for a week, because I was SICK! Monday, I left office halfway through a meeting after a bad migraine. The migraine was soon followed by Gastric Flu. =(
3. I just recovered. In fact, I am not exactly sure if I have recovered. I will know tomorrow. =(
4. I still do not have much appetite, meaning I did not carbo load the day before the race, which is like now?!?! Forget about carbo loading, I doubt I am eating enough. zzz.
5. I am a bit demoralised after being OOA for a week. So mentally, I am telling myself to be easy on myself tomorrow, Forget about sub 5.
Running Apparels for tomorrow! All from NEW BALANCE! =D (minus the vaseline to prevent abrasion esp the armpits area for me!)

I ran 5 hrs plus. :(
shaved off my sundown timing by 20min! :D partly bcos the route is easier as compared to sundown.
well... firstly, congrats to urself for completing it! 2ndly, train harder for the next one! :)
