The last few hours before we depart for Taipei...

Walking along the street...
BBQ Whole chicken... It seems like the whole street has only 2 foreigners only... and that's us!

Drinks stall, selling
deep fried fish cake also... i think its deep fried fish cake...
Sausages, burgers?
Mister Donuts... Taipei also have. We did not eat the ones in Cebu, but we tried the ones in Taipei, which looks more appetising and cuter... haha

Looks at their
Wedding Cakes... very old school...

Smelly
Wet Market... I did not enter because it really really stinks real bad... its nothing compared to Singapore's wet market...
After touring the streets and markets... we took a cab to
Mactan Island which is an offshore island south of Cebu... There's
Shangri La Hotel there, and beautiful
beaches...

This
Hut belongs to
Philippines President Glorio Arroyo, and she will stay here once a year during some festival, which took place just a day earlier, and we missed it! You can see her photos inside the house by peeping in, and golden yellow bed cover for her mattress...

This is
Lapu Lapu, the hero who fought agaist the Spanish when they tried to invade... Nice 6
Pecs and
Pectorias... Good Job Lapu Lapu!
After a walk around Mactan Island, We bought handmade guitars, some rattan basket bags, and some stuffs which i cant rmb anymore. By then we are sooooo hungry... and my stomach is yelling for seafood!

Looks at the selection of seafood, How come the
fish blue blue one?

This is not a stone! this is
Synanceia verrucosa! in layman, its called
stonefish! they stall owner was telling us its very nice... alot of japanese like to eat. So i said, but its poisonous... No no... its not poisonous, the owner replied... -_-

Aboyo or aboya style
Sotong... Very salty for my liking, but the sotong meat is thick and chewy...
Scallops... We did not know that its so colourful until the dish arrived. Very Buttery and salty. Its good scallops, but it could be done better with better cooking style.
King Prawn -
Garlic style...
King Prawn - Grilled... The king prawns are really big and juicy, but those in Bangkok Chinatown is better though.
Rice... ate only a few spoonful. I think the rice they consume there are low grade rice, you can really tell the difference.
After the seafood, we went back to
Cebu Island, then went to
Ayala for our last minute shopping before it closes and we have to go to the airport.
Burritos - The ingredients is nice, but the wrapping could be done better, and the skin taste like Kuay Chap skin, unlike the usual ones..

We have alot of Pesos left! So we went to the mart and bought
Ritter Sport Chocolates! Each packet only cost about $1.70 lor... Singapore sells around $3 each! For us to eat on the plane, eat and grow fat!!!

One thing i like about Cebu is their bread,
good bread good pastry good cakes. C
innamon Bun and
Mushroom & Cheese Puff. The cinnamon bun is the BEST i ever had in my 24 years! omg... its really really good. Big chunky raisins, the texture is perfect, damn nice la... i miss it! As for the mushroom and cheese, the whole thing within is nothing but just very generous filling, cheese and mushrooms oozes out with each bite.
We make a "Friend" while in Cebu, and he is one of the cab driver whom we know during one of the rides. So nice that we wanted him to fetch us to Airport later. We had very interesting conversation with him while on the cab, and he even offered us a gift which his wife made... and he said, he will promise to fetch us, and promise to give us a small gift for memory... true enough he came to our hostel and with the gift of cos...

ITs nothing expensive, but it shows how warmth and friendly he is...
Necklaces made by his wife, and some
figurines...

At Cebu Airport at the wee hours at 1am, waiting for our 4am flight... all the chairs were taken... so i slept on...
Luggage Trolley!Pardon me for I am really very tired by then... so tired that on the plane, i closed my eyes before taking off, and when i opened my eyes, i have already reached
Taipei Airport! It seems as thought I teleported..
Taipei! chicken cutlet, Smelly Tofu, Bubble Tea, Ice, Pork chop, Beef Steak, Soya Bean Milk, Iron Eggs, Dim Sum and many many many... all in my tummy!
