Spaghetti @ Bukit Timah Hawker Centre

Mien
Specialise in Pasta, and price range from $3.50 to $4.00.

Chicken Pesto

The Pesto is pretty good, rich in herbs and garlic taste, but a tat too oily. Although its Chicken Pesto, theres not much chicken slices in it....

Seafood Pasta in Tomato Sauce

This is better... less oily... or maybe no oil at all! But its a bit too wet. And just like chicken pesto with few chicken, this has few seafood...

As the stall of the name is "Mien", i guess the nice thing about it is just really the "mien" or pasta... not so much about the meat that is in it.

Paper-wrapped chicken

Since i am a protein lover, how can i just have carbs without any protein? So i ordered Paper-wrapped chicken, from some stall, and apparently, this stall's paper-wrapped chicken is famous! 5 pieces cost $4... The Chili Sauce is very nice... but... as i tear the paper off... a massive amount of oil oozes out... but its really yummy...

Häagen Dazs @ Vivocity

Nice angle shot...

and the 2 scoops of Ice Cream

Strawberry cheesecake is still my all-time favourite, infused with bite-size cheesecake in the ice cream.. and the strawberry taste is not too heavy. Rum and Raisin has a strong taste of rum, and some tiny bits of raisins... more of that will be good!

Thats all for my Dinner for this Leap Year!

Steamboat @ The Deck (NUS)

Steamboat set @ only $5

The potion is really very big... too big for one person to finish actually... so 5 of us actually shared 3 of the above set... Just to mention a few ingredients - Bean curd, Vermicelli, Fish slices, Chicken Slices, Seaweed, Prawns, Crab Stick, Meat balls, Hot Dogs, Cabbages, and many other assortment of veggies. The soup base is clear soup, but they also have Ma La (Spicy) soup base.

To make our dinner more interesting... another (Clockwise from Top Left) - 10 Steamed Dumplings, Pickled Peanuts which was finished by me... and Bean Curd Skin.
