Sale at Vivocity Candy Empire - Ritter Sport & Peanut Butter MnMs

And who says Foodiegymmie doesn't indulge?!
in fact he indulge so much that he always kena "niam" by CH.

Candy Empire at Vivocity Outlet

The cheapest Ritter Sport I've seen so far! One for only $1.90! The closest competitor to this price was the ones I bought at Cebu! After converting Pesos to SGD, its about $2. NUS COOP used to sell at $2.20. Normal Price is $3.40!

Marzipan (For Her) and Full Chocolate with Almonds (For me)

I always like my chocolates with nuts...

MnMs Peanut Butter @ 1 for $1.50, 3 for $3.40 (savings of $1.10!)

Usually I don'y eat MnMs because I feel that that it is way too sweet, and the chocolate merely taste sweet only, lack of the chocolatey taste. But not when its MnMs Peanut Butter!!! I love all things peanut butter!

New Buys

A very long time ago...

Supplements has arrived! Vitamin E and more E's for my heart. Mutli-Vitamins which i need no explain. Salmon Oil for my friends, not me. But salmon oil is for its good Omega 3. Hidden behind are 2 bottles of Caffeine pills for me, which is a must-have for me as it keep me energise during my workouts. Protein Powder 20lbs to supplement the low-in-protein Asian food. Free gym bag to dumped my shoes, clean and dirty clothes and everything else into it.

Cheap and good gloves from RBK. Made from real leather yet its cheaper than Nike ones which are made from synthetic leather. Reebok ones last about 3mth for me before holes starts appearing. Nike? 2 months!

Speedo googles at 41% off or what is 42% off at Royal Sporting House during Singapore's Birthday. Supposedly, this model is permanent anti-fog. So far it has yet to fail me!

Ribeye Steak at Astons Ang Mo Kio

ehh *scratch heads* what to eat eh? so many choices...

Good news to heartlanders staying in AMK... Astons now have a branch in AMK! Its a good news to me too because usually I am so lost as to what to eat after my gym... there's nothing meaty and nice in that area (yishun). So now I have one more alternative! :) lways looking forward to a nice meal after gym with my makan cum training buddy! Time to pamper ourself!

My order - Ribeye Steak xtra cut - $ 15.90

Ribeye xtra cut means another 70g of beef, making it 250g. The yet to upsized one cost $12.90 and is only 180g. I chose bbq beans and baked potato (w/o butter) as sides. The ribeye was done as i wanted... medium... fantastic!

See... still quite bloody and the interior is still tender. Each bite is soooo juicy and the taste of beef is just soooo good.

Darius ordered this... same as mine, just that he got onion rings instead.

After reaching home, I ate a pineapple.... why?!?

We can eat lot of meat and protein stuffs, but our body might not be able to digest and ingest them effectively. So eating fruits such as pineapple aids in the disgestion of the protein as it contains a proteolytic enzyme. That's why sometimes we see people serve meat alongside with pineapple rings!
