Wanton Mee with xtra meat + meat

I love to eat in school after working out in the gym, cos I can have a nice bowl high protein-packed meal at a very low price. This is Wanton mee with extra chicken meat (that was supposed to go along with Ipoh Horfun)

This Wanton mee sold at Yusof Ishak House cost only $1.80, for a big big bowl of mee... The mee is so much that I can only finish like a quarter of it, and for just addition 50cents, i get a big handful of extra chicken meat added to the wanton mee that comes along with a generous handful of Charsiew and 3 big and meaty wantons...

Chicken Sandwich

recently i have been eating sandwiches for my meals, due to my busy busy workload and my lack of interest in all the food stalls in NUS. Engin canteen, I only eat Yong Tau Fu or Indian Stall. Western is a tat too oily for me, malay too... Indonesia Pahang serves lots of rice with too little meat for me... The chicken rice stall also too much rice, too little chicken, economy rice stall just simply cannot make it... The noodle stall is just noodles, too little meat for me too... The vegetarian is damn oily too, and mock meat is not too good for your health... Jap has close down due to its sucky cannot make it sets.. and fish soup stall's stuffs is over-priced with so few pieces of fish slices... with not much choice, i rather eat sandwiches. If I have the time, I will walk over to Arts for my favourite Yong Tau Fu, but i hardly have the time... Sometimes, I will also buy Club Sandwiches from Olive Cove at Engin for my meals... So much bread! But im lovin' it!

Nuts over Peanut Butter

Extracted: SimplyHer SINGAPORE APR2008 on 3April2008

Yes yes... I am a sucker for Peanut Butter... and I happen to come across this interesting article on nothing, but peanut butter! There are so many different brands of peanut butter... and how true are the reviews by this editor? hehe... give me 6 weeks and I will have my own reviews on 3 of the Peanut Butter... The article only review on the taste... Lets look at the Nutritional Content.

Adam 100% Natural Peanut Butter
454g @ $4.25
Skippy Super Chunky (Reduced Fat)
510g@ $4.20
Peter Pan Crunchy
794g @ $3.95

Adams: Transfat free, Very Low Carbs due to no sugar added, with only 1g of sugar which occurs naturally I supposed. Pretty high sodium as it is salted. There is a unsalted version, but it will taste very bland. 8g of Protein...

Peter Pan: 16g of Fats and is also transfat free, but sat. fats is slightly higher. Low Carbs, but higher sugar level of 3g.
Skippy (reduced fats) : Lower Fat of 12g as it is the reduced fat version. But reduced fats would mean higher carbs as you can see. A whopping 15g of carbs, and highest sugar level among all - 4g. Protein is the least, of 7g.

Nutritional-wise - Adam wins

What about...
Ease of spreading?
Intensity of Nutty taste?
Intensity of Buttery taste?
Sweetness?
Saltiness?
Any Aftertaste?
Texture?

Stay tune...
