Bench Press Flat hit my max again - 75kg but still have alot of room for improvement
Incline Press - 50kg only... more room for improvement
Train my back - all that u can think of
Abit of shoulders
tml will be shoulder and arms day! + a short run in the morning!

Bento Lunch
what's inside!??!
All steamed! Chicken Sausage, Rice with Japanese Powdered seasoning, Hard-boiled Egg, Radish and Carrots, Capsicum, Potatoes, Heart-shaped Tofu-Egg-Potato Pancake. Everything taste so good, cant seem to find a favorite!

Squid, Octopus & Cod Roe with wafu sauce pasta
Ordered this bcos seems like this is one of the healthier choices since it does not have cream sauce. Furthermore, Squid and Octopus provides me with the protein i need! Seems colourless, but its really simple yet delicious. Compared to Ang mo pastas, Jap Pastas are so much more refreshing to the taste buds, as they are lighter to the stomach. The only downside is that its pretty oily lah, but i guess it should be olive oil, so aint tt bad after all.
